How to enter
(Opening the combination lock)

建物入口の左側にある電気メーターに取り付けられているダイヤル錠に、下の図のとおりに数字を合わせてください。ダイヤル錠を開錠したら、中から鍵を取り出してください。

The combination lock on the electric meter on the left side of the building (road side) can be opened by setting the dials as shown in the image below. Please remove the key from inside and enter the building.
